Nothing can stop these kids from Shreddin

Check out this site!

www.pkfyouthcentre.com

I recieved an email from a guy who works as the youth coordinator at this small Northwest Territories Reserve.  He was appealing for some support for their Snowboard Program!  These kids are so stoked about snowboarding they are clearing a local hill to create a small hike hill to get their shred on for the winter season!  Talk about stoke!

We are going to figure out how to help them out, if anyone is interested in donating gear hit me up at info@sjsales.com

Kingshit Celebrates it's first year anniversary!

KING SH*T CELEBRATES ITS FIRST BIRTHDAY
DOMINATES ONLINE, ANNOUNCES PRINT EXPANSION

Toronto, ON (Sept 15, 2009)

It’s hard to believe it’s our first birthday already.

King Sh*t quietly launched last September, and to be totally honest, we weren’t expecting much of a response from our silly little website. But the people have spoken, I guess. Seeing as we’re celebrating our first birthday, just for sh*ts and giggles we looked at our traffic over the course of the first year.

We’ve had over 1.27 MILLION page views at King Sh*t since our launch a year ago, and we’ve averaged over 20,000 unique visitors each month.

We knew we were doing well, but over a million page views? Holy crap. I think you’ll agree that’s pretty friggin’ awesome. So big thanks to all our contributors and the companies that have spread the word about us, and of course, thanks to all the skaters who hit our website every day.

Also, it’s time for another big announcement, this time involving our print edition. The response to our mag, much like the website, has been shockingly good. So, after much deliberation, we’re expanding to publishing King Sh*t magazine four times a year starting this spring.

So, to recap: we rule among Canada’s online skateboard media and we’re doubling our print editions in 2010. It’s been a good year for the King of All Skateboard Magazines.

Best,

Ryan Stutt
Publisher

P.S. It’s silly, but we had to bleep out all the “i”s in this press release to ensure it made it through everyone’s junk mail filters. I’d like to assure everyone we’re still committed to using bad words on the site and in the magazine.
